For an individual it is $15 or $20 for a family for 1 year. Jan to Dec. If you attend 1 party, ie. the oyster roast, Christmas party or at least one party-it is worth $20!! The club LOVES to eat and socialize.

Since there is no adress to mail the application too! I checked the calendar and low and behold yall are kayaking tomorrow. I was wondering could I come there and pay yall and give you my membership form. I have a 9 ft pelican basic kayak. I am a beginner! No skills! Im no racer or long distance kayaker. The calendar says tomorrow is 8 to 10 miles. Is it round trip? How long will it take to complete? I see Im too bring a lunch ok cool! I decided NOT to try and make todays paddle - is that what yall call it - why rush - I have decided to wait until JUNE 2009 to join the CKCA - since I have plans already on the 16th and won't be available for that paddle. PLease have someone from the club get in touch with me and provide me an address to mail the application to. thank you in advance sorry I missed the paddle.

Will I be getting a membership card?

I do not like these forums they are confusing to find out whats happening only thing i nedd is calendar.

I am new to the area and ready to kick the dust of my kayak! I noticed the request for volunteers for this weekends triathlon. I emailed the POC Randy and hoping to get more info tomorrow. Do you have any info and are any of the club members gathering to support the event? If so...do you need help? Going to fill out the membership form and was wondering where to send it?

If possible show up at The Boathouse on the Savannah River near the end of Prep Phillips drive at 10 AM Saturday. Otherwise be there at 6:30 AM Sunday and I expect you will be welcomed to help with the swimmer monitoring.
